Mouviz

Mouviz is a French website that shows short movies usually made by independent movie makers, cinema students and movie lovers. The site gives itself the promoting mission since 2001 and thus, has created a short movie festival in France to spread the word.

The participation to the site is opened to anybody from any country, although Mouviz retains the rights to filter the submission and reuse the videos for its own commercial purpose. Films have to be less than 15 minutes and should fit in one of the categories "Horror and Thrill", Humor, and Animation movies.
