Where are the Joneses? is a 2007 British "daily fictional interactive comedy shot entirely for the web" according to its creator, the Imagination Group. The show is written collaboratively by the Where are the Joneses? community, with the writing support from Baby Cow Productions, while episodes of faux-documentary are released on to YouTube under a CC Attribution-Sharealike licence.
Where are the Jones? is a project funded as a marketing experiment for Ford Motors — so there always is a big purple van is featured in every episode.
The plot follows Dawn Jones who discovers in the opening episode that she is the child of a sperm donor and follows her travels around Europe to find her 26 siblings. It stars Emma Fryer in the lead role, with Neil Edmond as Ian, the first brother she locates and who travels with her.
